H 1:2 This is what the LORD Almighty says: “These people say, ‘The time has not yet come to rebuild the LORD’S house.’”

As you read your Bible, there will be times when you are just eating your vegetables, meaning there will be times when we read the chapters without any feeling of personal revelation. It’s just the straight, fresh Word of God going into our lives like eating a full plate of vegetables, providing nutrients and building us for the future. 

In this Deep Dive, I want to explore two topics found in Haggai that can seem a little confusing, overwhelming and that challenge our knowledge of God and His grace and sovereignty of our lives and the nations.
