She is an Honorary Postdoctoral Associate and in 2025 she completed a Doctor of Philosophy at the Catholic Theological College, University of Divinity, Melbourne, Australia.

Kerry Fleming is the creative and strategic force behind Trash Your Bible (TYB), serving as Co-Founder and Director. With an impressive 20-year career in the corporate world, Kerry brings a wealth of experience to TYB.

TYB’s resident theologian, Ryan is an educator at Alphacrucis University College, and ministry practitioner with a passion for helping people engage thoughtfully with faith.

He is a PhD Candidate at the Australia Catholic University, Sydney in Pentecostal Theology. Living on Sydney's North Shore with his wife Shannon and son, Luke.

  • Dr Kyle Keimer

    Dr Kyle Keimer teaches at Pillar Seminary in Omaha Nebraska US. Kyle specialises in the archaeology of ancient Israel and the Hebrew Bible. Currently, his research focuses on the archaeology of the early Israelite monarchy, the books of Samuel, historical geography, and Israelite religion. Since 2018 he has co-directed excavations at Khirbet el-Ra’i, Israel. He also teaches for Jerusalem University College and was Senior Lecturer in the archaeology, history, and languages of ancient Israel and the Near East at Macquarie University, Sydney

  • Rev. Keith Garner AM

    Reverend Keith Garner AM has served as a minister and leader within the Uniting Church and for 15 years was Superintendent of Wesley Mission.  His ministry both in Australia and earlier in Britain has demonstrated a balanced approach, encompassing mission and compassionate concern for those in need.  His ability to inspire others has been evident in many aspects of the Uniting Church.  Priorities are leadership, preaching, mentoring others, and working as part of a team to bear fruit in the church.

  • Rev Assoc Prof Adam White

    Adam at the age of 25 felt called to study theology at Southern Cross College (now AC); this continued through an honours degree up to a Doctorate of Ancient History at Macquarie University. Adam is now a senior lecturer in New Testament, with particular focus on Paul and his letters, as well as Graeco-Roman culture more broadly. He is also an ordained minister in the ACC and preaches in churches around the country. His passion is to help bring the bible to life for Christians everywhere.

  • Dr Emma Austin

    Emma completed her Bachelor of Ministry with Alphacrucis in 2013 and continued on to study the Masters of Theology, with a semester exchange at Jerusalem University College, located on Mount Zion in Israel. After completing her MTh thesis (2015), she returned to Jerusalem to finish her second Masters, focusing on the geography and history of the Bible. Emma's PhD (2024) and forthcoming book, Landscapes of Memory: The Old Testament's Sensory Engagement with Nature (2026), introduce 'mnemonature' as a lens for looking at how biblical authors use the natural world to enhance memorability of the Bible. In 2024, she was the recipient of AC's Parker Biblical Studies Award.
