RENEWED - Day 7

DAY 7 - YOU ARE FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE

Psalm 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
    your works are wonderful,
    I know that full well.

Society today is trying to tell you that you are not fearfully and wonderfully made. Perhaps you feel like a mistake, perhaps you look at yourself in the mirror and feel like God didn’t do a great job. Why don’t I look like the people on Instagram! But my Bible clearly tells me that I am fearfully and wonderfully made and that His works are wonderful. And not only that but I have to know that ‘full well’! Meaning I have to believe it with all my being. My nose: not a mistake, fearfully and wonderfully made. My face: not a mistake, fearfully and wonderfully made. My body fearfully and wonderfully made. I mean let’s be honest, our bodies are incredible. They do what they need, they breath, they process food, an incredible system that can’t be duplicated! 

When he made you, he took a step back and was in awe – “Wonderful” are the first words he uttered over you after he created you. And in response we praise him. Today let’s lose the critical spirit over ourselves and really believe this revelation of fearfully and wonderfully made and the response of praise. We rejoice and praise him because he is wonderful – right back! It’s a wonder-fest!
